Arbi­tra­ti­on board

An inde­pen­dent arbi­tra­ti­on body (PostCom ombudsman) is available to you for disputes in con­nec­tion with our postal services. It provides support in the out-of-court sett­le­ment of disputes between you and 7Days.

We recommend that you contact our customer service depart­ment as a first step so that we can find a solution together.

If no agreement can be reached, you have the option of cont­ac­ting the arbi­tra­ti­on board.
