As well as end-to-end forward logistics, 7Days can also handle the return of goods throug­hout Switz­er­land – taking care of the planning, manage­ment and control of returned goods. Regard­less of whether it is a product to be repaired or a return to the sender of a product ordered online, 7Days handles the entire logi­sti­cal process effi­ci­ent­ly, quickly and reliably. We offer you a well-thought-out returns pro­ces­sing service with low transport and logistics costs, as well as an efficient network to reduce the time required for returns processing. 
Our service includes inspec­ting and clas­si­fy­ing the goods and preparing return docu­men­ta­ti­on (as well as customs-clearance documents if required), labelling physical packages and returning them. If required we can tem­po­r­a­ri­ly store packages on our premises, then either send them for rede­li­very or bundle them for delivery to the desired desti­na­ti­on. Fast pro­ces­sing and a high level of service ori­en­ta­ti­on towards the end customer make repeat purchases more likely. We will be happy to discuss the scope of our services with you. In coope­ra­ti­on with a Swiss retailer, we also offer Päckli Punkt, a network of around 800 accep­tance points where end customers can drop off returns.

Returns are con­so­li­da­ted and bundled centrally in Switz­er­land for return to the central warehouse – on pallets, if desired. 

Return customs clearance 

In addition to transport, warehousing and returns handling and pro­ces­sing, we also take care of customs clearance for both exports and imports. 

Faster pro­ces­sing

End customers who pay in advance for an order want to be credited promptly after the return. Our aim is to make returns manage­ment as pleasant, quick and uncom­pli­ca­ted as possible for the customer. 

Goods inspec­tion

We handle the physical inspec­tion and clas­si­fi­ca­ti­on of your goods according to your requi­re­ments and criteria, and prepare them for return transport or for redis­patch. Systems record the pro­ces­sing data and transmit it via inter­faces for further processing. 

Nati­on­wi­de network 

With over 800 Päckli Punkt locations, your customers benefit from extended opening hours and attrac­ti­ve pick-up and drop-off locations, in both high-frequency and peri­phe­ral regions. 

(Interim) storage

As a full-service provider we are happy to offer you storage services as well as trans­por­ta­ti­on, enabling you to shorten transport routes, cut costs – and also to guarantee the timely avai­la­bi­li­ty of goods to the customer.
