Shaping the future together

7Days is a customer-oriented company. We and our employees focus on our customers’ needs and objectives. At 12 locations in Switzerland, over 350 employees speaking a total of more than 26 languages combine their experience and expertise in a common value proposition – day and night, seven days a week, with commitment and passion. To be successful together, we rely on a trusting partnership and continuous dialogue, on efficient and quality-oriented processes, on ecological thinking and sustainable action, as well as on neutrality and mutual openness.
As a dynamic, owner-managed company we want to enable people, teams and entire organizations to develop. We foster their commitment and help them, efficiently and collaboratively, to achieve their goals. That is why we value and support the continuous growth of knowledge and experience. This enables our employees to face new, exciting tasks and challenges with motivation and self-confidence. Taking responsibility, sharing knowledge and experience, process and customer orientation: these are the pillars of our corporate culture.
