As well as end-to-end forward logistics, the 7Days Return Service can also cover the return of goods nati­on­wi­de. The com­bi­na­ti­on of forward and reverse logistics allows you to have a single service partner for your entire goods flow. Regard­less of whether it is a product to be repaired or a return to the sender of a product ordered online, 7Days handles the logi­sti­cal process effi­ci­ent­ly, quickly and reliably. Opti­mi­zing returns pro­ces­sing reduces your costs. We make the returns process even easier by using stan­dar­di­zed boxes: when coll­ec­ting goods, we bring the right container for their safe transportation. 
Our service can be expanded to include not only the return of the package, but also other solutions to form a com­pre­hen­si­ve returns manage­ment system. We will be happy to discuss the scope of our services with you. In addition, with Päckli Punkt we offer a network of around 1,000 accep­tance points for returns from end consumers in coope­ra­ti­on with a Swiss retailer.
